Not necessarily. Sometimes, yes, but I've also seen these things crash when volume was high. It all depends on whether the pumpers still have people to sell to. If they don't get enough suckers to buy into this thing to push the stock any higher, then they'll cut their bid support and it will drop hard just like the first time.
