I've never heard so much whining for so little reason. I don't know how IHUB members manage their real lives if they spend so much time complaining about sticky-notes or a moved Favorites tab.
For these crybabies, IHUB provides a public forum which responds, for the most part, quickly and efficiently to their issues. Try getting someone at your phone company or cable/ISP provider to respond to you at all when service is down. You'll be ignored like the bus-boy at Hooters.
