FFGO - Notice how ETrade is now changing their tune and amending their communication. No longer is the language of taking write offs included in their correspondence.

Dear X,

Thank you for your message regarding your FFGO Shares.

The shares should not show a market value as the security has delisted and no longer trades. If a company has been delisted, it is no longer trading on a major exchange, but the owners of the company shares are not stripped of their status as owners. However, delisting often results in a significant or total devaluing of a company's share value. Therefore, although a shareholder's ownership of a company does not decrease after a company is delisted, that ownership may become worth much less or, in some cases, it may lose its entire value. In some cases, the company?s transfer agent may delete to position or you may deem it worthless after it is delisted. Please feel free to contact Fortress? Investor Relations for more information.

Sincerely,

Dhoraji

Ron bought seventeen and half billion legal shares from note holders
in certificate form and paid .0035. He did not buy them from open market
@.0001 because he knew that all those shares are fake air shares and
issued under false cusip number: F009417. He is very smart businessman,
and was aware of assay result of the property. Therefore, paying a little bit
more than .0034 not going to hurt! In my opinion, Ron, Peter and insiders
are aware of assay results of the property in question and patently waiting
for their fair share from huge windfall! We are just riding with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Morning Alan, I got an email a couple days ago from TradeKing trying to get me to write off my shares in one of the Sisters to FFGO when asking about transferring and or getting certificates.. It confirms to me they shorted the hell out of her too!! I have asked for my certs twice and not one response, yet. Filing a complaint with FINRA. They (TK) don't have any certs!! Good Job ZECCO and PENSON!!! lol What do you bet TK goes under as well.. They won't have Uncle Sam to bail them out like one of our largest Banks in the Country is right now in private.

I asked for information on gettng certs and they avoided it now twice!!!

Dear Rocket Man,
Thank you for contacting TradeKing.
It appears that the security in your account is worthless. This typically means that you will not be able to sell it in the open market and in most cases another broker would not accept a transfer in of this security. In a situation where a stock is no longer trading you will need to fill out a Worthless Security/Penny for the Lot form to remove the worthless security from your account. The form is available online under Client Services > Forms > All Forms. Please download, complete, and return a copy of the form to us via fax to 866-699-0563, or upload to the site under Client Services > Forms > Upload a Form. There is a $30 processing fee. I would be happy to waive this fee in light of your situation and have noted this on your account. If the security cannot be removed as worthless, we will notify you by email and no charges will apply. When a security is removed as worthless, it will be processed for a net credit of $0.01. The activity will appear on your Activity page and account statement. A trade confirm for your tax records will also be generated. After all securities have been removed from your account you will need to withdraw all the cash under the Transfer Funds tab in the top right hand corner of the screen. Once complete a close account request can be made by phone, email, or live chat. I hope this helps and I apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
