I have a theory developing that RAFF will be taking over this ticker at some point and running it high. Anyone paying attention will have noticed that there was a brief period where RAFF became the lead player in this ticker, and folks began to respond to this quite rapidly.
I think they decided to hang back for now as for whatever reason they do not want the price moving up yet (which is why they have been holding steadily at .0068 for many days now). My guess is that at some point they will reassert themselves as the lead MM on the bid and then we will fly!
