"Madion County has been looking for a solution. What we have been searching for is manufacturers and processors that have technologies that can take a mix of plastics, a little dirt doesn't bother them, and that's when JBI came in, made it economically feasible" http://cnyhomepage.com/fulltext-news?nxd_id=170212
If the plastic was contaminated with toxic materials it would be considered hazardous waste. IT IS NOT.
It does have small amounts of dirt and metal staples in it that make it unsuitable for recycling, not to mention the degradation to the plastic from exposure to UV in sunlight.
The JBI processors don't care about small amounts of dirt or metal.
The contamination if any becomes burned off residue known as "pet coke". I suppose you missed that part in the P20 process. Thankfully that has been addressed so dont worry yourself over that aspect of things.
JBI is leading the plastic2oil industry setting standards above bar. But for entertainment purposes, show us any other company with 3 machines that is as successful as JBI is and maybe someone will decide to invest in them.
