Why KLIC, or any other stock? I'm kicking myself for not participating in the Bernanke bull because of cycles taking me in and out too often. So I am scaling back short term trading, and increasing the trendfollowing of undervalued stocks with good financials. The game plan is to screen for fundamental criteria using Finviz, and put the acceptable list (30 stocks or so) in stockcharts for screening. I am wanting slopes on 78week and 39 week SMA to be positive, and daily rsi under 40. The resulting list is for review using other methods, but gets me cheap stocks after a decent correction. When the correction ends, it is worth a little money, with a stop.
The big bad bear may come, but the stops should limit loss. And the etfs eliminate any advantage fundamental analysis can give, so for now, I will INVEST, one at a time, at the appropriate time in cheap stocks.
BTW, the obj out of the PNF base for KLIC is approx 20, and if the fundamentals dont fall apart, it could get there.
