in a reverse merger
the ticker of the shell company (knsc) will most likely be changed to fit the name of the merging private company. this does not affect shareholders,if you owned 100 shares of ABC prior,you own 100 shares of XYZ after. and in this case,almost certainly the value will increase quickly.
