#24621 RE: VETERANTRADER #24620

I'm not disagreeing I Just don't think it matters. Even if they did do what you said at anytime in the future they could increase the A/S anytime they want. Its really insignificant in the long run especially if they get their funding and increase revenues which I am confident you will see this year. :-)

"Imo he should have cut the AS down 100-1 as well."

As I said earlier, quoting from Mr. Spader's latest pronouncement:

"We have not made this decision lightly, but rather after in-depth consultations with our corporate officers and advisors."

LOL. But not a word to their retail marks until the R/S was approved by the man who has given himself control of over 51% of the company.

Reverse splits are always disastrous for penny stocks, and in reality they're only ever done for peny stocks to allow insiders to use the company as their personal ATM.

That's why they left the A/S at 1 billion shares.

If they'd reduced the O/S to say 10 million shares, then they might have some credibility, but they didn't and they don't.

Spader is simply helping Wright and Hoffman with their ongoing criminal conspiracy to steal from their retail marks.
