Joe, for lack of a better phrase, I said that to indicate a solution that has a fujitsu made rack, motherboard, server management, and platform design. Almost anyone can offer a rebadged Newisys system, but part of the benefit offered by specialized OEM solutions is that they tie it into their networking or storage solutions, or put in extra management features like remote install or diagnoses. I understand Newisys is also offering much of this as well, which is probably one of the reasons why they think they can go toe to toe with OEM designs. Even so, I expect many large OEMs to beef up their own offerings to compete. It's always advantageous from their point of view to offer their own designs.
