I honestly don't know whether this company will ever take off. BUT!!!
Even using your own argument, OOIL would be perfect if it could appeal to each cause. Whichever side is most influential at any given time would determine who gets money and preferential treatment. Being able to work with either green energy (algae) or big oil (clean waste water) could make a good base for a company.
Will it happen? Who knows!
Everyone has to admit that Riggs is good at playing the circuit. He would love to play the rising star role.
