If it was dumping it would have been done over the course of the day; atleast when more buyer competition was available (later in the day).
It looked like an obligation/required sale to dump; with someone gladly picking it up/pre-arranged to pick it up; and they wanted all of it with the least amount of competition; why else first 45 minutes of trading; why else at $6+ (there appeared to be plenty of shares available in the $5 range a few days prior).
I will listen to the buyer who spends 250K + in 30 minutes before I listen to anybody else; let alone myself
