Companies that are unwilling or unable to meet OTC Markets' Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information but have submitted some but not all of current information required are rated as having limited information. These are often companies with financial reporting problems, economic distress, or in bankruptcy.
Hi maronti1, I reviewed to the best of my knowledge th link you posted re SEC. Are they doing a reverse split b/c that's what I garnered from the legal pprwork. Can you tell me or interpret for me how you read the info on the link. I think I would prefer keeping my shares and taking the chance the shell could be picked up if the shell cleans up a bit...a big bit LOL.
