Yes it is. Because there is no other idiot out there who dumped 45 million shares onto the market at a P/E < 1 while the entire sector was being accused of fraud. That's because under normal conditions such CEO would have been fired already.

The edginess and testiness I feel comes from seeing the appreciation of virtuous creation overridden by narrow, small-minded concerns. You can't have both, after all, and the latter adds nothing to this endeavor.
