Exactly. Some on this board may remember I posted this info many months ago and it is why I stated that the CT's guarantee covers MUCH more than just the extent to which the trust has enough reserves to pay the CT shareholders. Also, the prospectus clearly states that our guarantee will not be discharged (a common bankruptcy term). For more FUN READING.....check out the "Successor Obligor" provisions concerning our CT's. The Successor Obligor provisions, along with the non dischargeable guarantee may make one believe in the "cockroach theory" LOL. If a Lehman successor emerges from BK....they gotta feed the cockroaches. Raid will not phase us LOL.
