#51456 RE: XenaLives #51455

Wallace and MaLeod weren't promoting an equitable JV - they were promoting a deal with the devil. A dilutive move that would have obliterated the investment of smaller shareholders.

How do you know what Wallace was recommending? I heard Wallace didn't recommend any specific company--just the concept. marty rejected it.

At the nascent level of the company in 2007 bringing in any "big guns" of any sort (capital or management) would have trashed the share structure and accomplished nothing, because the company still needed Spencer's leadership in the tech area more than anything else.

Why would a JV have affected marty's involvement in the tech? It would have made his involvement substantially more effective by providing him with resources. If marty had several million in real dollars to spend and a multi-national company partnering with him with their market access, I suspect gosy shares would be worth alot more today. No real businessman would have relected that plan. marty rejected it. He's not a real businessman. Never has been. Never will be. IMO, of course.

Read Nelson v. Skehan.

This nelson is the same nut that helps r. marty with his gosy conspiracy theories.

nelson has zero credibility, and no clue. JMO, of course.
