I don't know of any company that puts news in a 10K.
Check the ticker, the second the 10K came out, the pps headed south. The MM's were just waiting for an excuse to take it lower.
I'm going to blow another hole in some logic around. If people will go back and look at the 10K's, they will see that LaJolla has owned 9.99% of MCET. That is all they are allowed to own per their financing agreement. They just didn't buy 129M shares. A year ago the had 90M. Don't get me wrong, it's a good thing they own that many, BUT THEY JUST DIDN'T BUY THEM RECENTLY.
