Unless you have talked with Dan and know more than we do the infrastructure hasn't changed in the last 8 months or so. They completed "Phase 1" and that's all we know. The 800 lb. Gorilla is the number of possible acquisitions mentioned, even a LOI, and not one deal done. Either there is no growth potential in the area the company is working or Dan is not willing to pay the amount these companies are asking for.

I could tolerate being a year away from a big move, provided we get some small ones in the meantime :-)

I would be thrilled to see this sitting in the .10 to .15 range, instead of testing a nickle...
