texaslady I have been worried about you and the advice you were given on this board.

I too am sitting on a boat load of stock that I bought on the advice of my broker and all the hype by news letter writers and CD.

There are posters who I just don't understand their motivation for promoting this stock.

1.People: The board doesn’t have experience selling properties to majors.
2.Property: Nice portfolio
3. Phinancing: Need for immediate financing in a bad market and a stock that has dropped 90%
4.Paper: Need for a roll back
5.Promotion: Very limited. Poor relations with retail investors (IMHO)
6.Politics: Canada is very very good to Chico
7.Push: Sell on new releases
8.Price: 52 week low. All investors underwater
