There are at least 2 patents directly related to SSOL. I called SSOL and asked "is this patent completely rejected and dead in the water type of thing"
SSOL stated that it was rejected as is and that the rejected items will be re-worked and re-submitted. Should have asked for an approximate time frame to re-submit.
If someone else is going to call at some time in the future, you might want to ask for an approximate time frame.
Another item I asked about the joint project with Blue Earth ?
"It is being worked on right now". I then communicated once again that it would be in SSOL's best interest to communicate that somehow to us; preferably not on Facebook. I found a statement on a BBLU 8K or 10K that it had been started, but should not have to go there.
