ECDI, TBTC, EGT & ITSI

ECDI - Current PPS = 0.16
TBTC - Current PPS = 0.55
EGT - Current PPS = 1.96
ITSI - Current PPS = 1.09
GIGM - Current PPS = 1.18
GLXZ - Current PPS = 0.225

EGT & ITSI are good momentum plays. They are both high in their range, so you would probably be better off to wait for dips to buy.

EGT has a casino presence in Asia and has been moving resources away from non-gaming assets to gaming assets. Asia is a rapidly growing market.

GIGM is a Taiwanese internet gaming company. Again, Asia is a growing market.

GLXZ is a company that specializes in table games with software interfaces to maximize profit at the table. It is a small company located in Vegas and it is operated by Vegas Insiders. Because of the trend towards internet gaming I am of the opinion that table games are going to start taking a larger proportion of casino floor space because of the social interaction that is part of table games. Since most internet gaming will lack social interaction I think that people will play online instead of playing slot machines. GLXZ competes with the much larger SHFL and is a possible takeover target.

ITSI is involved in voting, lottery and race track software. Much of the business of ITSI is extremely stable because of how ownership is structured.

ECDI and TBTC are competitors. They provide server based accounting solutions for casinos and have a presence in a number of small casinos in North and South America. Both companies are stable and continue to sign new contracts which are announced with PRs. Both companies are also likely takeover targets that would give larger companies like IGT, KNM and BYI a foot in the door of these small casinos with the opportunity to sell an increased number of slot machines in those locations. Because ECDI and TBTC are small established companies they would likely have the highest payoff as a long hold waiting for a takeover.

ECDI - I used to have a low opinion of ECDI because of experiences that I had doing interoperability testing with their software about 5 years ago. About 6 months ago I got a positive update about the quality of the products for ECDI from someone with more recent experience.

TBTC - I also was involved in interoperability testing with TBTC and I always had a high regard for their software.

ELRA has recently had a reverse split and in all likelihood BFHJ and ATIG will have reverse splits later this year. At this point I don't see any stability in any of the three.

I hope that this helps.
