so basically bidder wanted more time to look at the mine...We don't have enough money to allow them more time...so they put in low SH bids that were not accepted...so we are just having an auction with out the SH bid? Makes me more confident we will hold onto the property if burnstone bids are good.

good news out of this...

"On top of reviewing the Debtors’ data, seven
(7) of such potential purchasers conducted site visits. Upon information and belief, certain of the
potential purchasers also hired legal advisors and other advisors."

My guess these were not the small players that put in SH bids...more like players with deeper pockets like neighboring barrick.
