If the Feds say No to state legislation, then they can sue the states who authorized legalization. Colorado and Washington. They can turn away momentarily, but look later. Thats why its important for congress to get a solid answere to this question.
I am confident based on current political positions that the Federal GOP will allow the states to do it. Benefits outweight stuborness.
