Whooh Eastunder.... I did not know you had that in you :-) By the way, have not heard from you in awhile. How are things with you? How's your portfolio coming along? Where you able to unload some BSM when it hit the mid 6? I missed that run up. Will get them next time... Anyway, just wanted to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving coming up next week. I will be out of town starting this weekend and will not be back till early next month so I will be out of the loop. Just going to be with my family and enjoy Thanksgiving.
