It is very simple but offers little insight without certain details. The market on it's own could never absorb that quantity of shares without real time news. What happened is one entity knew another entity was a willing buyer and sold to them. The details of this situation are left to the imagination. ie......How did they get so many shares?,Why do the want so many shares? Did the buyer know why the seller wanted to liquidated and on and on.
