I will b signing a contract soon steve & fwiw 2 me an NT is really a nonevent.Its when a company takes an OTC traded company & allows it 2 b delisted 2 the pinks that irks me.Its like taking my corvette & me spraying it with pink spray paint.It just devalues the shell bigtime.I said this b4 & I'll say it again.I like 2 b part of the solution,rather then the prob.So 2 answer your question about when?Very shortly after the Q is filed.
