Agreed. This is a very exciting time for the Baltia shareholders who have waited so long andheld true. It appears a major hurdle and milestone will be accomplished in March. NEVER have we been this close.

I would have thought the PPS would reflect excitement if congratulations are in order here. So far I've seen the PPS fall since this PR. Is the Baltia faithful too tapped out to buy up more shares when the end is near???
