It will be interesting to see if there is any compensation disclosure.

It's quite possible/likely the company has already been unloading the new shares over the past weeks. The game was on after 1/2/13, but we had no idea.

In the meantime, they put out double-speak like this: "The company will ensure shareholders have full transparency as to our steps moving forward and our achievements along the way toward building shareholder value for the long-term." That was put out on 1/15/13, almost 2 weeks after the AS was raised.

One would think that full transparency would include letting the shareholders know they had increased their share supply by 3 billion shares (sigh).

As of this a.m., there is still no notification to otcmarkets that the AS has been doubled. That's a no-no for proper disclosure through otc. Wonder if they know?
