I would not want to speculate an answer to that question .i doubt Anyone on the board knows. They were on time with the last 10q. But in their lawsuit pr they implied they may not be on time. My understanding is the numbers were out of their possession for 1/2 a day or so, but that might slow them down . Good question for IR. Joel
