Gump...You said 'Late as usual'. The are not late as of today.... if the Annual Report Period ended November 30, 2012 is not filed by tomorrow then it will be late. :o)

Also the Q1 Period ended Feb 28, 2013 is NOT DUE until April 15, 2013.

You make it sound as if they are late filing as of today! LOL
