I agree but it is concerning. Usually a gagged TA is not a good sign, but I suppose he could want them to keep their mouth's shut if he's planning a large buy back or something to that extent and include it in a separate PR.

My guess would be dilution is coming, and they don't want us to know. Or could be something altogether different, like this from the Jan interview:

"Additionally, Mr. Hellwig states, "We are very excited about the opportunities and possible acquisitions ahead of us."

Acquisitions of who, or what?
