It doesn't matter how much they paid. The fact of the matter is that they now own them. If I paid $720M for $720M in oil reserves, wouldn't that make me still worth $720M?

I was going to give u my opinion until I saw you sold part. Not willing to lay it out if u are not committed/convinced. U do know this deal just didn't happen "today" right? These things take time.
