I agree with you that the purchase of the VM-179 lease can happen at any time and any day by WGAS, Montecito bought that lease 100% out right and can sell it whenever they please...the feb 7th PR gives me hope that its happening very soon..

Whats confusing is many are also refering to the Virgin Oil bankruptcy case 09-11899 also, that case has Montecito listed as a creditor and refers to VM-179 in it, but those are 2 seperate older VM-179 leases being disputed, and are of no relation to this sale of Lease OCS-G-33597 between Montecito and WGAS...

The VM-179 sale can happen at any time...
