Here's to being positive. The case could be settled before the conference on March 26, and funding may not be dependent on that. We don't know enough. Lots of it is speculation. Funding could come anytime.

stated and why the heck volk laid out
plans for drilling starting 2nd qtr on feb
7 th ?

Even if they get money, drill will be much
further delayed based on what we are
hearing.

When you don't know yourself if you are
getting money or not 100%, you do not
announce plan to the world, you shut your
mouth until you know 100%

Volk had other intention for feb 7th p.r ,
certainly not for shareholders
