Your not going to like the new ampules then. I just received my new ones last week. While it's easier to open without spewing it out the plastic is harder and makes it more difficult to get it all out.
They fixed the opening issue but created another issue in the process. They'll get it right. Just keep sending them feedback as much as you can.
No not yet. Agree that the clumsy (=cheap) design is a major turnoff as is that loose fitting plastic cover over the TUBE. I suspect it will go through several iterations before it becomes user friendly....but they should have gotten it right the first time...
P.S. Let's just hope to god that the delay - and let's hope it is only a delay - in getting it to DICK's is because Mission has objected to the terrible design of the Tubes in which the goo is contained....and the morons are redesigning it...
P.P.S. ofcourse I don't think the goo is any good either, as i have noted before!!
