Hello Pollux ...the high associated with cannabis is required to combat serious diseases like cancer ....I and others truly are convinced that the THC is a very important part of the healing process .....in fact the one thing that is suggested by Rick Simpson is to make the medicine from only strains that are high in THC ...23-25%....and end up with a medicine that is roughly 98% pure ...approx 95% THC level ..just a small portion is CBD and CBN.....also in science they have proven that THC in high doses actually kills cancer cells ...so far there has not been enough studies on CBD to say that ...they can only say "probably "....more studies are needed for CBD and the 200+ other compounds ....CBD is a bit overrated at this point ....I'm sure it plays an important part ...as do all the other compounds ....the best medicines contain the complete plant compounds ...all are important and play a role in the fight against cancer ....CBD is at this time very overrated ...THC has been proven ...I would not like to treat cancer with just CBD ...I do not think it will work ....
Cbis. THC in high doses kills cancer cells ....Proven by science.

Thanks but I think....

this misses the essential issue (or perhaps underscores it)....The core of my question was.... "If the difference between hemp and cannabis is the THC content of cannabis, what's the difference between the Israeli THC-less cannabis and Hemp?"....The only thing I can see (thanks to your response) is the Israli plant may have the same concentration of THC as hemp 1% or so, but the Israli plant has a higher CBD count....but I have no idea what the CBD count for everyday hemp might be...maybe it's in the 15% range also....
