It is a statement about something that doesn't exist. It would be like one person saying something silly about flying unicorns, and another person saying: "I thought I had an idea about what flying unicorns are, but your post makes me think that I don't know after all".

JBI is a typical money-losing penny stock, relying on rumors and promoters to support its price.

As the stock continues its plummet from it's peak at +$7.00, JBI will continue to have its promoters shift the blame from JBI itself, to nonexistent NSS.

Almost every P&D in all of history has done this.
