#194047 RE: MikTrader #194029

he continues to act arrogantly and confident that he is doing the best he can for long investors

While subtly but surely initiating the blog/email spin machine into 1st gear as he begins gently shifting towards a long winded multi-pronged typical eric explanation on why through no fault of his own...he's now being forced to contemplate the noble pursuit of reverse splitting his loyal 1st crop of shareholders now that he's already diluted all the treasury stock and can't obtain any of this friendly funding he's been blogging about having supposedly already identified over a year ago.

Hey maybe while he's in Vegas attending the hardware show(ahem)...he'll hit a jackpot in Harrah's Casino using the WNBD corporate credit card thus avoiding having to play the noble R/S card lol;)

He actually believes that he has been forward and upfront with everyone. I was an absolute fool to believe in this guy. He has no integrity whatsoever.

You nailed it right there! All the previous bold message board moderator memo claims, the emails, the conference calls, the PR's and especially the blog machine which began cranking out the bold built in CEO expectation claims in Sept of 2010 are all out there as his true measuring stick now in relation to what actual shareholder value(or lack thereof) all those bold claims actually landed/produced!

Those who possess true noble character and integrity express it through their actions/results not words. And in pos-land talk is cheap when blabbing about creating real and measurable shareholder value ...especially if/when millions of dollars of discount stock is being sold out the back door to funders who simply leak them into a market that can't possibly absorb them...all the while the most steadfast and loyal of longs buy and buy and buy all the way down until they're completely tapped out believing in the 1 in a million dreams all these pos-land CEO's constantly pitch!

True transparency in pos-land is not a subjective 1 way street which no-one can see through! True transparency is communicating ones growth story through proper materal announcement channels in the form of Press Releases...not building in great blog expectations while the dilution machine was running in high gear then following things up by suggesting s/h's should've paid closer attention to the risk disclaimers and shouldn't have got their hopes up when none of the grandiose growth expectations purposely put out there came to pass!

And the 1 thing this CEO was always very good at from day 1 of his heroic ihub board moderator memo posturing while at the same time he was supposedly so focused on running this publico shell...is cultivating a downright silly "us against them mean spirited bashers" herd mentality...which he now has to answer to as he attempts to engage the blog machine into 2nd gear on the near term horizon...and attempt to convince all the remaining loyals why his reverse split if he does in fact initiate it is going to be supposedly noble.

Trying to tell the remaining shareholders that they all should've been focused on his odd sprinkling in of the odd risk disclaimer talk here and there against all the orchestrated expectation themes/subjects blogged and memo'd about over the past 4+ years is a cowards way out at this very late stage...and many of the longest serving loyal longs have finally begun to see through the bs when the 2 recent reverse split subject blogs and 1 email possible share consolidation mention emerged!

Integrity is an earned trait bestowed upon someone from others...here's what wikipedia has to say about integrity>>>

Integrity is a concept of consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations, and outcomes. In ethics, integrity is regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one's actions. Integrity can be regarded as the opposite of hypocrisy,[1] in that integrity regards internal consistency as a virtue, and suggests that parties holding apparently conflicting values should account for the discrepancy or alter their beliefs.

The word "integrity" stems from the Latin adjective integer (whole, complete).[2] In this context, integrity is the inner sense of "wholeness" deriving from qualities such as honesty and consistency of character. As such, one may judge that others "have integrity" to the extent that they act according to the values, beliefs and principles they claim to hold.
