I thought I read that dmrj can't own more than 4.99% of the company stock at any given time. I have no idea why that is in my head. If they just increased the OS count by 8 million by converting to equity or 20% of the company, wouldn't they have to sell like six million of those pretty quick to keep stock ownership under 5%.
An interesting factoid is that about a year ago I counted up all the 'short sales' fromm finra and it matched the OS count increase over the same period.
As far as sales go...we went from a trickle pre-tsa to a drip post tsa which doesn't add up imo.
