This a misdemeanor warrant for Spencer is a contrivance of Wallace's to extort monies from GOSY that are in FAR excess of any due Wallace from what I read here:

I see that Wallace can go to prison for a minimum one year for his FELONY cyber stalking of the Spencers. That is not the same as Wallace's complaint about Spencer in VA. Wallace provided no proof other than his sworn affidavit. VA law is that easy. Wallace could do the same with anyone since he has no solid evidence other than "Wallace attests and confirms..."

So this is just a tempest in a teapot that Wallace, MacLeod and Little want to make BIG to drive the pps down so MacLeod can cover his MASSIVE shorting of GOSY.

Too bad for them that Pride continues to have interest in GOSY, I hear.

YAWN. That is old, old news from well over a year ago. As a shareholder in GOSY I don't care because we all know it was initiated by Neil Wallace so it has very little meaning, IMO.
