There's no law say's they can't buy . APPA has been a great biorunup stock.

At $6 a share, that would give DSNY a mkt valuation over $300m.

There are a lot of funds that can't touch anything under $300m mkt valuation.

The goal is to get institutions to buy..they are Big money and THEY (not retail investors) will give you Big returns.
