Anyody who believes that KATX has a small float or that insiders are buying KATX shares should simply buy it all up. Be warned, however, that everybody who has bought KATX over the years and is still holding it is holding it at a loss. There are good reasons for that, as have been shown. This process has been going on for YEARS. KATX is a typical pump 'n dump scam.

Potential buyers beware. You will see bullish sentiment expressed, but little or no buying. Instead, there has been persistent selling, all the way down into the trips. What does that tell you?

At the very least, it should tell you that there is no shortage of "float."

The A/S from the 8/31/12 financials contradicts what is currently listed at the NV SOS website. A more current update to the O/S is needed.
