what exactly is Cotton going to do when he gets out? Will he be on probation? Is he allowed to leave the country? What will he do to raise the stock price? After each shipment, the stock price continued to tank to the price we see today.
The buyers are tired of waiting 8 years for Cotton to get his act together. The steel plants cannot plan ahead waiting and hoping Cotton will make a shipment.
