what is your take on the reduction in preferred shrs of 500mil?
Seems they were either retired or done thru a buyback.
Just wondering if they may have been security for debt that has been paid?

just wondering what your thoughts were?
or anyone else?

I believe this to be a much bigger deal than some may realize.
