one thing to keep in mind, if montecito were to use WGAS to take all their assets public, they may have more besides virgin and VM-179 to consolidate into one entity.
but how long they remain public is another question. would it be done quickly, simply to package everything up under one roof, and then a quick sale ot a larger player, or would they assemble all the assets, and start bringing them all online, before selling it off to an EXXI, XOM, etc?
all hypothetical, but this is certainly the most logical end-game i can imagine. it solves everyone's issues by making profit both shared and enormous. jmho.
