#40644 RE: yzkiley #40640

this is exactly what i was thinking earlier today:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=84983678

all hypothetical, yest, but if so -- it would be a WIN-WIN for everyone. i can imagine robert smith and montecito don't want to do daily business with volk, nor would he with them, and yet volk and his shareholders could benefit greatly from this type of deal, as would montecito, for obvious reasons.

if his shares are worth enough, volk might be able to fund any new ventures enormously and reap the benefits all over again.

i hesitate to jump to any conclusions. for all we know they would happily join forces and volk/smith would be solid partners in WGAs, but i DO think the most logical settlement involves montecito taking ALL their assets public via our current structure.

the idea of ventana refinancing the whole venture is solid imo. they were already at the ready with $25M two years ago to do the virgin oil deal. why not consolidate it, and make even more profit for all?

interesting trading, too. makes me think the market is too bullish on the deal, whatever it may be, to let the shorts have any more fun with the chart.

jmho, but it may be time to run, WGAS bulls. :-)
