The chart is now scream a run is starting here. You got the MACD and now TRIX both just starting to break upward, and RSI is still crazy low. This means ICLD is primed for a run here, and if anyone was sitting on fence with this it may be time to act

$79 million revenues, proforma

holy smokes, did you guys know this from their SEC filing?

Proforma Combined Revenues of $79 Million

If you review their S-1 filing from Dec. 5, 2012, you will see that on page 43 the company states in a combined proforma bases the company will be generating just above $79 million in revenue. This is a major change to ICLD valuation with a company with only 1.8 million shares outstanding.
