Regarding the tax shelters here in Switzerland everything is fine, I have just finalized the European implementation in Lausanne-Switzerland of a US biotech (info mentioned yesterday during their Q4 earnings call....) Hope that ATRS will decide to set up this kind of structure in the future, this even if I will not be allowed to work on this file...
