Stockefeller: Forget Market Cap, that's meaningless. You can manipulate a market cap starting point of 50 Million and only scam 50K, conversely, you can start at a market cap of 10 Million and scam 10 Million. It's all about volume.
If you have a lawyer, they would get the Tranfer Agent's records. That's it.
To answer your question, dilution killed your market cap (that was artificially high in the first place). Market caps for penny stocks are a joke of promotion and illusion. But, the guts of the transactions (who sold what and when and how many) are with the TA.
That is why many TA's have bad reputations. Sometimes they are complicit. A good lawyer should be able to piece it together, regardless.
