Two PR's ago, they said that the fins for 2011 and 2012 were complete and sent to their independent auditor. These should be released very very soon. $BFHJ

CORPORATE DIRECTION

The Company has prepared unaudited financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2012 reflecting the activities described above. These financial statements will be examined by the Company's independent public accountants. Upon completion of their audit, the Company will make the appropriate release of its financial results for 2011 and 2012.

Huge - If they continue to stall the SEC will shut BFHJ down quickly. One of my other sub-penny stocks just got delisted. First, the SEC will issue a suspension followed by a revocation order.

I "HOPE" that Greg is aware of this consequence and that his team is working everyday to rectify the situation quickly.
