I believe the Spencers are awaiting the criminal investigations of Wallace, MacLeod, et al to play out. Therefore the Spencers see no reason to spend lots of money on civil litigation, when Criminal RICO arrests of Wallace et al, will put a stop to all civil matters-

There are no criminal investigations, except in spencerland. Even if they were, the investigations would have to result in an arrest. Even if arrested, you'd then need a conviction. Even with a conviction, it doesn't affect the civil litigation or the judgments. If this is marty's strategy, he will be disappointed. I hope he has a plan B.

Another huge problem with this strategy--if the investigation isn't completed by July and marty hasn't obtained any evidence, his pretend lawsuit will be dismissed and he will be facing Wallace's lawsuit. Why would marty sue for tortious interference, claiming millions in damages, and then drop it?

Wallace is longer in civil litigation, but facing serious criminal prosecution for his cyberbullying.

Really? Who is investigating this? Who will prosecute? Did marty tell you this? He lies. The spencerland FBI has no jurisdiction in the real world.

Will the FBI investigate marty's bullying of Wallace? How about the bullying of Wallace by marty's paid sock puppets? Is there a criminal RICO problem for marty and his puppets?
